Refunds & Returns


Damaged Items

If a customer receives an item that is damaged, the customer then has two options.

  • Use the 'Contact Us' page found on our website.
  • Send an email detailing the damaged product to support@nativepangean.com.

From there, our support team will assist you through the process of either returning, or refunding your damaged item.

Buyer's Remorse

Native Pangean does not cover refunds or returns for Buyer's Remorse. Buyer's Remorse entails accidentally purchasing the incorrect color, purchasing the incorrect size, realizing last minute that the product you ordered is not the one you desired, etc. Native Pangean uses a POD (Print on Demand) business model, meaning that when you place your order, the shirt is made then and there, and then shipped out to you. This means that we hold no inventory, and therefore cannot fulfill refunds and returns for Buyer's Remorse purposes.
